   If your fish does not move around for extended periods of time and is not eating he is most likely sick. Feeder fish tend to be sickly to begin with considering they come from poor stock in over crowed tanks.

   Try observe it for a few more days. If the fish doesn’t come up to the tank when you feed it, then, yes, probably it is sick. If it is feeding fine, then it’s probably just resting at the bottom.
