What do young lionhead goldfish look like? I think I may have one but Im not sure. Hes about 3" long and doesnt have a very large head like lionheads, its raised but not huge and puffy-its very smooth looking.

He doesnt look like hes in pain. It looks like he has a ring or doughnut around one eye, like the skin around the eye filled with fluid, its puffy.
It doesnt look hard, it looks soft like the bubble eye goldfish sacs, but a ring around one eye.
Is this bad?
