My Goldfish had a Red Mark Under His Nose !!!?

Im Scarred, my goldfish is not swimming and not eating, i notice a red mark on his nose, maybe blood, please help !!!!!

    is the salt level right
    is the water cloudy
    how often do you do water changes

    a fresh water fish tank needs some salt to kill fish lice so talk to your pet shop or local aquarium about that more

    if the water is cloudy do a 1/3 water change

    you should be doing a 1/3 water change every two weeks to keep the tank clean and healthy fish

    for the red spot im not sure on that but if you havnt been doing all the things ive listed then the fish is sick
