Fish on side - Urgent, any help?

We have a lionhead goldfish who we were treating for ick, and today we just noticed that he was lying on his side. The water of his current tank had the medicine in it, so we moved him to a different, smaller tank. He is still breathing, but it still on his side. Please help; is there anything we can do?
We saved him. :) Thanks anyways.
never mind. he was doing awesome for a while, but died a few hours later.

    ive seen this before it dosent look good once there on there side theres not much u can do put hope it will get though this im sorry

    well. Sorry to say this but the outcome doesn’t look good. I’ve had several fish parish because of ick. =[ sorry? If he survives that’s fantastic.
