Are fancy goldfish at risk of overeating with live plants in their aquarium?

They’ve not had live plants before but I got some free with their new tank so popped them in. I’ve been watching them eat all evening and now one of them appears to be passing practically undigested greenery. Should I take the plants out?

I always leave some anacharis in my goldfish tanks for them to nibble and eventually all that’s left are green stems.
It’s good for them. The roughage is great for their digestive systems.

If one of you fish seems to be passing out then yes take the plant out because it may be irritating the fish or maybe they ate it when they arent supposed to so if u know what plant it is yes take it out! otherwise your fish could die!
